What is the Arctic Essentials Autoship Program?
You have the option to join our autoship program if you prefer. You are not obligated to join it when purchasing, it is strictly for those customers that would like to have their Arctic Essentials shipped to them on a regular basis so they do not run out of their supply. You will be offered this option AFTER you order. You have to intentionally join this program; it is not something you need to opt-out of – there are no hidden terms. A lot of customers take advantage of our complimentary "Auto-Ship" Service because your shipments are timed perfectly to arrive at your door so you can stay on your healthy schedule. The Auto-Ship Service does not cost anything extra and you will receive complimentary insurance on every shipment. If for any reason you do not receive your order, we will replace it free of charge.

What happens if my order does not clear customs?
If you provide us with the appropriate documentation from your Customs Department, we will refund your purchase, less a restocking fee of $20.00 plus any expedited shipping services, if any. Or, at your request, we will re-ship your order, but we must charge shipping and handling again. If we re-ship your order and it again does not clear customs, we will refund your purchase less the restocking fee as described above. Sorry, but we cannot ship a third time.
